As a leader in the staffing industry, Pro Staff has over 25 years of experience matching people with the companies who need them.  Pro Staff currently has an opening for a Senior Financial Analyst in our Minneapolis office.  The primary focus of this role is to develop forecasts, analysis and the interpretation of financial data that provide insight on current and future operations. Core fundamental expectations of this position include:

- Drive the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process, including preparing reports, identifying trends and explaining variances. 
- Prepare pricing models and partner with Field Management to develop pricing strategies for new and existing account opportunities.
- Analyze customer profitability and trends.
- Develop and interpret various financial models and reports relating to current and future operations, such as revenue growth, profit margins, cash flows, compensation plans and various company initiatives.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience.
- Strong technical skills required.  Expertise in Excel a must, including a strong background in creating financial models and using pivot tables, macros and complex formulas.  PeopleSoft experience a plus.
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience communicating financial results to management.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage projects through completion.
