Pro Staff is Hiring a Staffing Director!
Pro Staff is seeking a professional, friendly, highly motivated and self-driven Staffing Director / Client Relations Director to manage and support multiple client on-sites in Indiana, Massachusetts and Minnesota. In this role you will be responsible for developing and mentoring a number of client-site staffing teams by training, coaching and evaluating employee performance in order to maintain client loyalty and satisfaction.
- Earn $55,000 - $75,000 per year in addition to generous performance-based bonus opportunities!

- Full-time position with a continuously growing, well-established, professional staffing company (25+ years in Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Tennessee & Texas & currently expanding nationwide).
- Manage a team of on-site recruiters and oversee daily functions related to staffing client site projects in order to contribute to Pro Staff's revenue growth, gross profit margin and market share goals and expectations.

- Bachelor's degree preferred, in addition to a minimum of three years experience within the staffing industry or a related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% in order to manage multi-state locations.
- Strong business acumen including effective communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and build a successful team and establish/maintain valuable, consultative relationships with key client decision makers.
