Access Your Current Year W-2

Online

Atterro uses ePayroll to provide access to online W-2s. To obtain your W-2 online, simply follow these instructions:
Click on the ePayroll link at the bottom of this page.

• Log into your personal ePayroll account by entering:

• Your Social Security Number
• Your PIN (your default PIN is your employee ID)
• Click the ‘W-2 Services’ icon.
• Click ‘Consent for Online Delivery’
• Follow the instructions to register for online access to your W-2.

If you have previously consented for online delivery in a previous tax year, or if you register your consent for online delivery by 11:59pm on January 12, 2012 you will not receive a paper copy of your W-2 in the mail. Instead, you will receive an email notification when your W-2 is posted online. Follow the instructions in the email to access your online W-2.

If you consent for online delivery on or after 12:01am January 13, 2012 you will still receive a paper copy of your W-2 in the mail. You will also have access to your online W-2 beginning January 31, 2012. An email notification will not be sent.

Automated Phone Line

To request a copy of your current W-2 over our automated phone line, please call The W2eXpress toll-free number at 1-877-325-9239. This service will be available for 2011 W-2s beginning January 31, 2012.

• Call the toll-free automated phone line at 1-877-325-9239.
• For English, press 1 or say “English”. For Spanish, press or say “Spanish”.
• Enter or say your Social Security number.
• Enter or say your PIN (the default is your employee ID).
• Press 1 or say “Yes” for Atterro, Inc.
• Press 1 or say “Yes” for a reprinted copy of your W-2.
• Press 1 or say “Fax” for a faxed copy of your W-2. Press 2 or say “Mail” for a mailed copy of your W-2.
• Follow the remaining instructions to have your W-2 faxed or mailed to you.

All mailed W-2s must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2012.
