Medical, Dental, Life and Vision Plans:
Pro Staff recognizes that health care costs continue to rise. To assist with these rising costs, Pro Staff offers limited medical, dental, life and vision insurance plans on an after-tax basis to talent and their dependents. Talent may enroll immediately upon receiving their first paycheck and may terminate coverage at any time.

Access to Insurance Products and Financial Services:
As Pro Staff talent, you can obtain discounted insurance and financial services through a nationally recognized company that links you with top-rated national providers.

Pro Staff 401(k) Plan:
Pro Staff offers a 401(k) plan that allows talent to save for retirement with tax-deferred dollars. In addition, we offer an employer match to enrolled participants. Eligibility requirements must be met to enroll in the Pro Staff 401(k) Plan.

Service Bonus:
To reward our talent who make an extended commitment to Pro Staff, we offer a Service Bonus up to 80 hours. Eligibility requirements must be met to receive a Service Bonus

Talent must meet minimum requirements to be eligible for Holiday Pay.

Referral Bonus:
Pro Staff is always looking for great Talent and one of the best ways to find them is through other Talent. If you refer new Talent to Pro Staff you can receive a referral bonus. Minimum requirements must be met to be eligible for the Referral Bonus.

Tuition Discount Program:
In addition to the scholarship program, Pro Staff offers a tuition discount program which provides our talent with additional opportunities to achieve maximum value in life, both personally and professionally. Pro Staff has partnered with Capella University, Globe University, and Rasmussen College, to pass tuition discounts along to our talent.

Workplace Wellness Website
Pro Staff is pleased to present the Workplace Wellness Website (login: prostaff) to our associates, featuring the Because We Care Newsletter. We understand the importance of supporting preventative efforts for maintaining wellness as well as the need to have access to information and resources surrounding health issues. We encourage our Pro Staff community to take advantage of these tools!

The American Cancer Society maintains the site and the newsletter and assists us in providing our associates with direct access to tools, resources, and services that enhance health, morale, and well-being!
